Terms of Use

Last updated: March 31, 2026

By downloading or using Juicy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software. This is a user-facing summary for an alpha/beta product, not a substitute for legal counsel.

The software

Juicy is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may change or break during alpha and beta testing. Back up your projects; you use the app at your own risk.

YouTube and third-party content

Features that access YouTube are tools only. You must comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service and all applicable copyright and other laws. You must have the right to use any audio you import, remix, or distribute. Juicy does not grant you a license to any third-party content.

Acceptable use

Do not use Juicy to infringe intellectual property, harass others, violate export controls, or break the law. Do not attempt to disrupt our services or other users’ systems.

Open source and third-party components

Juicy builds on open-source libraries (including JUCE and others). Their licenses apply to their respective portions. See project documentation and notices in the repository for details.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and distributors of Juicy are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the software.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
