Do credits expire?
Subscription credits reset each month and do not roll over. Top-up credits from credit packs never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. No penalties.
What counts as one credit?
Each AI action costs credits based on complexity -- the exact cost is shown before you confirm. For example, a typical 8-bar MIDI generation costs about 2 credits; full-song stem separation costs about 5 credits.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New subscribers get 7 days free. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. No charge during the trial -- cancel before it ends and pay $0.
Can I use Juicy without paying?
